Founded in 2010, Max Green Skill Development Organization (MGSDO) is a registered non-profit dedicated to empowering people through education, technical training, and social innovation. Over the years, MGSDO has partnered with institutions like STEVTA, BBSHRRDB, NAVTTC, SEF, and others to promote vocational learning, literacy, and sustainable livelihoods.
MGSDO organizes technical workshops, youth leadership events, and women empowerment programs across Sindh and Pakistan. Our projects create social impact — from Karachi to Gilgit!
Our curriculum is based on literacy, numeracy, life skills, and vocational modules designed to help learners progress from basic to advanced levels — combining education with employable skills.
Our dedicated team includes experienced educators, field supervisors, HR professionals, and development experts ensuring quality program delivery at every level.
Supporting formal school education through Indus Schooling System and SEF programs.
Running Accelerated Learning and Non-Formal Education centers for out-of-school children.
MGSDO provides courses in IT, Beautician, Stitching, Electrician, and other vocational fields — turning talent into sustainable employment.
From health camps to climate awareness drives, MGSDO continues to inspire communities through social engagement and humanitarian projects.
